Technology sucks!

OMG!  I just spent 2 hours typing a discussion post for my Psy class and after I was done, I clicked submit and what happens?!!!  NOTHING!  I was apparently logged off of the program and my blog post was gone!  Over 300 words of carefully well thought out concepts and opinions vanished!  And to add insult to injury, the IT dept was not helpful at all!  I guess that is what I get for not saving as I go!  Well, I guess I'll take the plunge and start over....
